All Mentees agree to a Commitment of 3 months at a time.
NFP Leaders needs and workload changes over time that’s why we know that a commitment of more than a quarter at a time is unrealistic.

Option 1: 4 x 1 hr weekly sessions/month
Option 2: 1 x 4 hr session /month
Total price (both options) is $1,980 inc GST/ Quarter (includes 12 hours of Mentoring)
To assist with cashflow and flexibility our Mentees can request pay by the month, which is set up as 3 month subscription process. (Ask us about our pay by the month options)

We’ll also establish clear understanding of the mentoring process and the relationship. Including agreed frequency, mode of communication and expectations.

In your mentoring sessions we will

  • Identify goals and desired growth, change or a result.

Best Practice for mentoring meetings

  • Make mentoring meetings a priority once you give mentoring time away it is hard to reclaim.
  • Be present when you are present. Don’t allow distractions and interruptions to take you off course.
  • Hold regularly monthly meetings as an important part of your schedule. • Use your mentoring time well.
  • Make time before your scheduled meeting so you can focus on and gather your thoughts with a plan for the upcoming meeting.
  • Always confirm meetings in advance.
  • Don’t be late for meetings. If you happen to be running late, call/text to advise.

The Program is designed to support leaders of charities, clubs and NFP’s as individuals (rather than through group workshop format learning) as they found and grow their organisation.
